ABOUT THE EVENT
Quantum University is excited to announce that after the formidable success of the Immersive Digital Coaching Summit held in February 2021, we will be returning with a NEW virtual hybrid experience over 4 days in October 2021, the Immersive Wellness Medicine Summit.
This event will replace the in-person event to be held on Oahu, that was post-poned due to COVID-19.
This 4-day event will feature inspiring conferences from 20 experts around the globe discussing the finest technology in Energy Medicine PLUS exclusive Live Q&A Sessions with each speaker! Keep an eye on the Event Schedule under the ‘Experiences’ Tab to note down the dates and times of these sessions.
IWMS 2021 will also be host to exclusive Virtual Tours AND Virtual Reality experiences that will allow attendees to become immersed in exciting demonstrations of the avant-garde technologies showcased by our Sponsors and Exhibitors. Our Virtual Reality Sessions will provide attendees with opportunities to meet with Quantum University Advisors and Mentors to learn more about the career-building degree programs we have available. The event will conclude with the Quantum University Student Graduation Ceremony!
This hybrid event will have a number of experiences that you will be able to find under the ‘Experiences’ menu tab during Oct 7 – 10, such as:
The Conference Room
The Conference Room will host over 20 inspirational speaker presentations for the Immersive Wellness Medicine Summit. Attendees can simply use their browsers such as Chrome, to watch the available presentations.
As Quantum University is located in Honolulu on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii, it only makes sense that our virtual 3D conference room would be located inside the majestic Diamond Head Crater. By interacting with the 360 Tour featured on The Conference Room page, our attendees can learn more about the significant culture and history of the land before enjoying the Speaker presentations.
The Boardwalk
Sponsor Booths
Cast your eyes over the beauty of Kualoa Ranch, China Man’s Hat and Hanauma Bay where our Bronze, Silver and Gold Sponsor Virtual Geodesic Booths are housed. By visiting ‘The Boardwalk’ page, attendees can learn about our Sponsors/Exhibitors and their products or services by interacting with a 360 Tour of the Boardwalk environment.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with Sponsors as they initiate chats through our Live Chat Feature.
Virtual Reality Sessions
Gold Sponsors will have the exclusive opportunity to use Quantum University’s Virtual Reality Meeting Rooms by HTC’s new ViveSync, to host real time presentations of their products and/or services.
Attendees can visit the Virtual Reality Session of their choice simply by following the instructions on how to join. Attendees that do not have a Virtual Reality headset, can join via desktop.
The Noosphere Pyramid
The Noosphere is a stage of evolutionary development driven by consciousness, the mind, and interpersonal relationships. The Noosphere Pyramid serves to create a virtual haven where attendees can visit and take part in meditation experiences to connect with the collective and set the intention to ‘Heal Yourself, Heal The World’.
By visiting The Noosphere page, attendees can tour the 3D Noosphere Pyramid and learn more about Pro-Consciousness Meditation, Meditation Certification Courses, Crystal Technology and much more.
The Basic Pass will provide you with basic level entry to certain aspects of the event, such as:

Under the ‘Experiences’ Tab, you can click ‘Event Schedule’ to review all Speaker Presentation dates, Live Q&A Speaker Sessions and Virtual Reality Room Sessions with Gold Sponsors.
If you have purchased an All Access Pass and are unable to attend the event during October 7 – 10, you will still have access to the recorded conference videos 1 year after the official event. You will also still have access to The Boardwalk (no Live Chat with Sponsors), and the Noosphere Pyramid experiences for 1 year after the event date. As for the payment, please note that ALL ticket sales are FINAL, and ALL payments are non-refundable.
SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS
You can watch the Speaker Presentations by visiting ‘The Conference Room’ page under the ‘Experiences’ menu option, available during October 7 – 10. Each day new Speaker Presentations are released and will be available for 24 hours from 6:00 am HST. However, if you have an All Access Pass, you will notice all Speaker Presentations will be available for you to watch in any order PLUS you will have access for up to 1 year of the event!
All Speaker Presentations are accessible to All Access Pass holders for up to 1 year after the event. Basic Pass holders can upgrade at any time to secure this exclusive access.
If you have an All Access Pass, you will be able to participate and watch the Live Q&A speaker sessions. To submit a question, simply visit the ‘Speakers’ page from the main menu, click ‘Submit Question’ button under any of the speakers and follow the prompts.
To watch the Live Q&A Speaker Sessions, simply visit the ‘Live Q&A Speaker Session’ page under the ‘Experiences’ menu, available October 7-10. There will be a ‘Join Live Q&A’ button that you can click if the session is online. The button will take you to the Zoom meeting room in which the Live Q&A will be hosted. You can chat to other attendees in this Zoom session using the ‘chat’ function only. You can also attempt to ask the Speaker questions for their consideration.
VIRTUAL REALITY SESSIONS
Virtual Reality Sessions are hosted by our Gold Sponsors and Quantum University, simply go to ‘The Boardwalk’ page under the ‘Experiences’ menu available October 7 – 10 to find your preferred Sponsor Session.
Important: In advance, you will need to download the ViveSync Application relevant for your device which you can do here, and sign up with a FREE ViveSync account which you can do here.
Once you do so, you can click ‘Join Sync Meeting’ link and follow the prompts to join the session.
For the best experience, join using your VR Headset. The following devices are supported:
- PC VR headsets: VIVE, VIVE Pro, VIVE Pro Eye, VIVE Cosmos, VIVE Cosmos Elite, Valve Index, Oculus Rift and Oculus Rift S.
- Standalone headsets: VIVE Focus, VIVE Focus Plus and all Wave Platform Devices.
You can also join via your Desktop (Windows PC only) and Smartphone (Android or iOs).
To join our Virtual Reality sessions, you can use:
- PC VR headsets: VIVE, VIVE Pro, VIVE Pro Eye, VIVE Cosmos, VIVE Cosmos Elite, Valve Index, Oculus Rift and Oculus Rift S.
- Standalone headsets: VIVE Focus, VIVE Focus Plus and all Wave Platform Devices. Oculus Quest is not yet compatible.
